​Our Founder & President:

Dave was an outstanding 3-sport athlete growing up in Baltimore, MD.  He served honorably for six years in the Army and worked for the U.S. Postal Service before his life took a dark fall into addiction.  The turnaround began on the day of his sentencing in 1993.  Although he had suffered a gun shot to the chest, a stabbing, and numerous other life-altering events, it was on that fateful day in the "bullpen" of a jail he surrendered to God's will for his life..  He was incarcerated for 20 years, is the lead singer of New Chapter, the founder of Hope Against Heroin for Allegany County, and has been an outstanding "life coach" for those around him for the past 28 years.  His story of redemption can be your story as well, for whom the Son has made free is Free Indeed!
